Delivery and Return

Your jewel will be delivered in a Yasmeen Jewelry cardboard box. It is then shipped in a FSC labeled shipping box. In order to reduce the carbon footprint and protect the environment, we gather all the jewels in one box. You can however add Yasmeen Jewelry boxes to your cart.

We strive to ship your packages as soon as possible. The lead time for preparing your order varies from 2 to 10 days, or sometimes more, depending on the availability of the jewel in the workshop. Delivery times are estimated at 3 to 5 working days. Please contact us if your order has not been delivered on time, and we will check the status of your order.

Delivery is free for orders over 75 euros.

Shipping is provided by Colissimo, Mondial Relay, La Poste or Chronopost.

Returns :
Jewellery can be exchanged within 14 days. If you would like to exchange one of your jewellery please email Products may only be exchanged for items of the same value. 

The exchange of the product is at your expense, so we do not assume shipping costs to return the item.

However, custom jewelry is non-refundable or exchangeable unless the order has not been shipped or has been damaged.

If your order was damaged during delivery, please contact us at with the order number and a photo of the damaged package upon receipt. Any complaint can be filed within 7 days from receipt of the package. After this period, no request can be considered.

In both cases, your order will be replaced and shipped again within 2 to 10 working days, so you will receive a new tracking number by email.
